All automated responses and lack of customer service. Delivery time and tracking is abhorrent. I haven't even received my items, yet there is no instructions on how to go about getting them because apparently the delivery service finishes at "EXCEPTION!". No help to me.

Abhorrent. I'm in Australia, and again, their communication and delivery times and tracking is just terrible.

They have discounts ALL the time, probably because they only have one-time customers and need to bring in new customers often.

they rely on Instagram ads to bring in new customers because they don't actually provide a good service. Yet, they delete negative comments, reviews and order questions constantly, but don't actually answer your questions.
